By accessing and using VibeStackz AI services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Services Description

VibeStackz AI provides software development, web development, mobile app development, AI/ML solutions, cloud services, UI/UX design, and IT consulting services.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally, projects require a deposit before work begins, with remaining payments due upon completion of milestones or project delivery.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom-developed code and assets. VibeStackz AI retains rights to general methodologies, techniques, and any pre-existing intellectual property.

5. Limitation of Liability

VibeStackz AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.
